I took the home sleep study - everything went great... relatively speaking. I mean, you do have to wear a belt around your chest, a cannula in your nose and a probe on your finger like you would in a hospital. But, to me, being able to sleep in my own bed and on my schedule was a definite bonus. You will want to practice good sleep "hygiene" the day of the test, no caffeine, heavy meals or long naps... don't ask me how I know! (my second night went much better) If you have questions, all you have to do is call, these folks are very nice to deal with and you can track your progress online as well as get texts. Thank you IDS!!!
