I work for a private fleet. Interstate billing practices certain things that I feel should be Illegal.If I have a disagreement with one of my vendors over a bill and get put on credit hold. Interstate billing service will put us on credit hold for EVERY VENDOR WE HAVE that uses Interstate billing. One instance they did not put us on credit hold but instead reduced our credit line to $1.Horrible buisness practices!

It’s very sad that these people do not get back to you and keep telling you they’re working on it but nothing ever happens and then you call them and they never answer their phone calls it’s sad because I heard good reviews about them And I would have really liked To have worked with them

This establishment has ZERO urgency to help customers get their business done!! Lost my business and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. One star is being extremely generous but there isn’t a lower option.
