This is the second time I have tried to place an order online and tried to use the coupon I received in the mail. Your online ordering will not allow me to use the coupon. When I tried to call customer service to see what could be done, The poor lady has such bad English that I cannot understand her, but essentially she could not help me. Then I got an email from you asking me to submit a review of my experience with customer service. I went through the process, and when I press the button to submit it froze and would not go through of course, because you didn’t want my crappy review. I shredded my card once before because of horrible online service and I’m tempted to do it again with this card that I just re-ordered Thanks for nothing.

Walked in last night and Kohls had exactly the type of jeans that I needed. It is expensive but it was worth me going in and picking up a great pair. Better than Walmart. Thank you Kohls for having what I need. I was in and out.
