I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years for just a couple of items compound items. Recently I went for a refill. They told me that 90 tablets would be $200.00. However they only had 7 tablets on hand and would order the balance. They asked that I pay the total and just come back and pickup the balance. I said no, I just wanted to pay for amount I was picking up. And I wanted to see what I paid last time. Last pickup was $160.00. So they gave me the 7 tablets and charged me $58.00. I asked if the $58.00 would be credited to the $200.00 when I picked up the balance. They said no. I asked for explanation. They said someone would call me to discuss. That has not happened. I will not be doing business with them in the future. I went to another compound pharmacy and they charged me $85.00 for #200 tablets. Very disappointing to be treated like this in my own community.

Not once, not twice but 3 times my medication was shipped to the wrong address! I have to drive to my daughters 3 hours away to pick it up EVERY TIME this happens. I have called to try and correct the problem twice and they just tell me they have no idea why it shipped to that address, that mine is the one on file. On the third attempt I ordered online, even putting a note in the comment section, with the correct shipping address. WRONG AGAIN! Not to mention, being charged for shipping 3 times for it to go to the wrong address. NEVER AGAIN. Asking my physician to change my pharmacy.

Would not recommend this pharmacy. Pharmacy mailed me wrong prescription. I drove from Huntsville to Decatur to talk to the pharmacist. Instead of apologizing, the pharmacist asked me if I wasn’t sure that someone in my household switched the pills thinking they were something else. I live alone and have not had visitors for 2 months because of COVID-19.

Tyler, the manager is excellent, but his staff who answer the phone are rude and don't care about the customer. They will put me on hold until it disconnects and will put off your prescription for days for no reason.
