My refrigerator stopped working so I had to replace it. I went to lowes and picked one out. In store my experience was great, Clarissa helped me with my order and set up my delivery. I requested this to be after 4pm as I have to work, and she set it up for the next day with installation, and haul away for the old fridge. Fast forward to the next day and I get a call at about 2pm from the driver telling me he was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. I told him no one was home and that I requested after 4pm. They told me they see the note in there, but they have to deliver it now and go to the next stop. They tried to reschedule this and hung up. I then got a call back to reschedule and the person doing the reschedule told me she can not set a time to deliver then and that it was not an option and I needed to do this next time I was off. She then just hung up on me. I went through 3 more people before rescheduling this for the next day after 4pm. Then I received a text telling me my appointment was for 11am-3pm. AGAIN I had to call to ask what was going on and why when they deliver until 8pm can I not get my order after 4pm like requested. I am not trying to be difficult, but that is the only time I have available due to work. She told me they are unable to set a time for me at all so I just requested a refund as it was too much of a headache. I will not be coming back again, the experience was horrible and it seemed no one was on the same page or knew what they were doing.

Came in to find some lids for my buckets i purchased online and they had just what I needed and the right size the employees pulled a case off the rack for me and was really helping.

I spend a lot of $ there, often, employees everywhere but nobody asks if u need help and self checkout is BS. The customers are doing all the work while they stand and watch. Really dissatisfied.
