Patient, kind and Disabled-Accomodating!
Spoke to Chase on the phone first and asked a lot of questions. I went into the store a couple of days later and worked with Mike. I asked him many questions, sat on a ton of mattresses and finally made my choice after several hours. Got delivery and setup scheduled next day. Techs Eddie and Kobe were kind, helpful and patient and called me when they were 30 minutes out. They took old mattress and box spring for a little extra. Very satisfied. Can recommend.
