I called McBride florist for some flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. They were lovely on the phone and did exactly what I asked for! The flowers are beautiful and still thriving! My mom is over the moon! Thank you for your help. I manage a flower shop out here in California and know the pains of Mother’s Day! You guys knocked it out of the park! Thanks again! I will definitely be using you again.

I ordered some flowers for a friend’s birthday and they arrived on time the very next day. She was very happy and thought the flowers were so beautiful. The lady I spoke to over the phone at McBride Florist who helped me with the decoration was really nice. Thank you McBride Florist! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called to get a wind chime for a funeral the next day and the lady was rude advising us that this is the busiest time ever and didn’t know if they would be able to deliver it . We have used them for years but never again.

I have tried to order flowers from McBrides, 2 or 3 times recently, with absolutely no success. Either they do not answer the phone, or they tell you they can't do the delivery. We live 4 or 5 blocks away and have utilized them for 30 years prior to this, and dearly loved their service. It seems that they have no regard for customer service any longer. I have had enough and will find a someone with a little more respect for their customers.

McBrides Florist has consistently provided beautiful flowers, balloons and candy for every occasion. One call and I know they will take care of every detail for me. Today is my mother's 80th birthday and she cried when they delivered her flowers. The arrangement came in a sturdy pottery type vase and each flower was carefully chosen and placed. Thank you all for providing outstanding service.

This place is amazing. I live in Florida and we have family in Decatur. I love that I can pick up the phone and speak to someone at the shop and directly place my order. They are always so kind and helpful and deliver beautiful fresh arrangements every single time to our loved ones! Thank you McBride Florist for being so wonderful!

I bought a flower arrangement on Mother’s Day for my mother . I paid 60 for the arrangement plus the tax and fees for something that looked nothing like the arrangement online ! It had about 1/4 the amount of the flowers from the picture and was very small . Very dissatisfied. I could’ve bought something better and way bigger at Kroger or Publix for not even near the price of what I paid here ($75)I will only give it 1 star cause they deliver other than that I would not recommend this place . I was looking forward to something very beautiful (like the picture) to surprise my mom …. Of course she was grateful either or but the arrangement… In the most respectful way …. Was awful .

This was my first time using McBrides. I brought in 2 vases and described to Crystal what I wanted in each vase. She promised them the next day. I was so pleased when I picked them up! They were exactly what I wanted, beautiful and most importantly, fresh! We're still enjoying our arrangements and greatly appreciate McBrides service and expertise. Many thanks, Sandy
