Awesome experience all around! Everyone at the shop was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to push any extra stuff, and got my car back to me quickly. It runs great now and the price was really fair. Definitely coming back here next time I need anything done. Highly recommend!

Thus is the Mavis shop in Decatur. They did some warranty work for me and were very helpful. I did end up with one of the new rotors still rubbing, but they took care of it at no charge. Clean shop and generally helpful. Will use again.

I visited NTB on May 20, 2025, to have my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Unfortunately, there was an accident during the service. While I wasn’t happy about it, I truly appreciated that the team took full responsibility. They ordered the necessary part and replaced it at no cost as an apology for the inconvenience, which I found very professional.
NTB also offers a military discount, and their pricing is fair—not too expensive and not too cheap, just right. I only paid \$175 in total, which I found very much appreciated.
What really stood out was their respectful service and quick action to make things right. Because of that, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5 stars. Thank you for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation.

Got 4 new Kelly Edge Tires for my 2016 Chevy Equinox LT for my basic needs to get me on the road real smoothly with a little more speed behind tge wheel & it is recommended & it's my first visit to this tire store.

I went in today & the call center had not let them know that i had an appointment @ 1. However the manager Amani Sstars -gave outstanding customer service & apologized that i was misinformed. Even though they are unstaffed him & his crew (2 others) got me in & out with much respect.
I would highly recommend him and his 2 man crew-
Now that is what true customer service i all about.
