hello people my name is Keith Bradley, I came in to the store with a perscription for a cane . here were it gets weird, I gave the lady my perscription she went and got the older lady that is in charge. with out checking my insurance she said its 55 dollars I said did you file it on my insurance.dont matter its 55 dollars. I look at my wife and said lets go the place is a ripoff. I have a 5% coinsurance pay on any medical epuiptment. so that means the cane is priced at 1000.00 for me to have a 55 dollar copays. it must have been how I was dressed. she was either stupid or didn't need my money. I wish it less than 1 star

The employees here will go above and beyond to take care of you. Their staff found a nebulizer for me that needed no prescription, had it delivered next day and delivered it before lunch time. Their delivery driver was super nice, the prices were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you need a prescription filled, or need medical equipment definitely keep them in mind!

They were no help in getting information for cpap from my doctor’s office, I was told the fax line is connected to the credit card machine so most faxes are rejected, walked in paperwork since they we’re having so many problems with getting it, They never returned my phone calls, Two weeks later I walked in and they had lost my paperwork.

The people there are so sweet and nice and they care. They are always fast and efficient in every thing they do. They even remembered my birthday and their birthday wishes were so heartfelt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just started coming to this pharmacy literally less than a week ago and I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to and worked with! I have met or spoken to a handful of people and it's so obvious that they genuinely care and there is no judgement like majority of places do, you just don't see that anymore.. it's a breath of fresh air!I want to give a special shout-out to Ashley. She stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes and I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years just because she is so personable and genuine!I'm a sap but I felt the need to share my experience because I will be reccoment in ng y'all to anyone I talk to about this kind of stuff!Thanks for being awesome!
