They were no help in getting information for cpap from my doctor’s office, I was told the fax line is connected to the credit card machine so most faxes are rejected, walked in paperwork since they we’re having so many problems with getting it, They never returned my phone calls, Two weeks later I walked in and they had lost my paperwork.

The people there are so sweet and nice and they care. They are always fast and efficient in every thing they do. They even remembered my birthday and their birthday wishes were so heartfelt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just started coming to this pharmacy literally less than a week ago and I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to and worked with! I have met or spoken to a handful of people and it's so obvious that they genuinely care and there is no judgement like majority of places do, you just don't see that anymore.. it's a breath of fresh air!I want to give a special shout-out to Ashley. She stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes and I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years just because she is so personable and genuine!I'm a sap but I felt the need to share my experience because I will be reccoment in ng y'all to anyone I talk to about this kind of stuff!Thanks for being awesome!

This company expects us elderly people on oxygen to wait all day for a phone call. To be home all day for delivery. If he calls once you don't answer he doesn't call again. You wind up having your oxygen delivered. If I could switch I certainly would.

I live in union nj.Personal touch pharmacy have always got my back.Whenever my refill is due and I call them, the next day, my medication is in my mail box.I highly recommend personal touch pharmacy to anyone. U are just a phone call away.

I use Walgreens every time for a few years now. I normally use my local walgreens in Athens which is terrible. They are slow and have incredibly rude staff. I normally do not take time out to make reviews but these people have been so kind every single time! Today the lady up front immediately called my doctor for what was needed and told me 20 minutes for my prescriptions. I’ve been at more busy times of the day and they are just as kind. Just wanted to say if you are around the area, most definitely a great choice.

I have known this place since it was started by Mike Turner years ago. It was always a very nice and friendly place to use. But not anymore. I moved all my pharmacy needs to them a few months ago. I went by and picked up my meds yesterday . When I got home, my insulin was not in the bag. I called and talked to the pharmacy. I explained that I didn't have a way to come back and pick up the insulin. They offered to deliver it this morning But I have another Drs appointment. I told them delivery this afternoon would be best thing to do. I called back this afternoon and was told it wasn't going to be delivered. I would need to pick it up myself. I am disabled and elderly. I don't drive anymore. Personally I think someone should have brought it to me yesterday afternoon . It was a mistake made by a pharmacy employee , not by me. I didn't get the caring staff that everyone else talks about. Last time I will do any business with Personal touch.

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I've been too. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They do an amazing job at remembering their customer's. They always offer free bottles of water and a couple times in the winter I think I was offered a coffee. I live in Athens and choose to drive to Decatur just for this pharmacy. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants reliable business and amazing customer service. THANK YOU PERSONAL TOUCH HEALTHCARE AND PHARMACY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!

Personal Touch Pharmacy has great staff, they are very attentive and work as quickly as possible to get you what you need, also the staff is very friendly. I recommend this pharmacy because of the staff, the selection of medications and medical needs (at a great price) and their business hours, they are open great hours so you can get what you need after work or early in the morning.
