My husband took our mini schnauzer to get her haircut for the second time here. Her cut was done by Chloe and she did an AMAZING job!! Thank you for taking your time to ask my husband how he wanted our dogs cut. We are so thankful for all you did Chloe!!

Took my Sphinx kitten here last week to get a bath and haircut and the people were so nice and accommodating. He looked so much cleaner. Will be going back for sure.

I would add a video but it won’t let me, but we visited and were looking at the hamsters, none of the cages had water or food and all of the hamsters were running around frantically. Not normal behavior. We asked a manager and she said that the woman in charge of the hamsters must’ve forgotten. Absolutely disgusting. I added photos of them into the photos associated with this store

Sales associate was very rude and did not want to sale us 2 of the fish we wanted. Was trying to tell us that our tank was too small for them. We were raising fish before this girl was able to wipe her butt. I won’t go back to this store. Then had the nerve to walk up to cashier and mark out the return policy and write on it no return policy.

Took my Border pit for a groom, he came home itching like crazy, they didn’t express his glands properly and I had to take him to the vet to get them drained to avoid infection.

Took my dog there for the first and last time!!! He went for a bath and haircut and about got his ear cut off!!! Very unprofessional

I took my Pomeranian to get groomed. It was his first time and I told them… they gave him back to me soaking wet… with a towel wrapped around him. I am never taking my dog back there. I could have gave him a bath myself if that is how they do it. My dog is very loving and a people’s person. But he did not like the person who was grooming him at all!! He is only 7 months!
