Took my VW in July. Waited and waited for them to diagnose my oil leak, coolant leak and why the engine light was on. Finally got a $3400 estimate in September for a water pump, timing cover, pcv valve and spark plugs. Paid that. Picked car up, 10 minutes later- engine light. Took it back and it was a sensor needing replaced. Another $224. Now 2 weeks later, my car still has an oil leak. Crooks. John will talk over you and around you- and not help at all. This place is a joke. Poorly ran, poorly managed, and they dont stand by their work. Im sure they have an ALL CAPS smart response to this but everything I said is true…

I called late in the day Friday regarding a brake issue. Within 15 mins they squeezed me in. Test drive, diagnosed issue, repair, and another test drive all within the hour. Great customer service.

Took 2009 duramax in for wheel bearing, ball joint & injector. Ball joint squeaks like son of a gun & said they “knocked” on the injector & automatically started working like new. Picked truck up & all they did was clear codes & replace ball joint. Ran me up $2k dollars & truck was back running like crap. Not very honest.

this is by far the best shop! i’ll never go to another shop! i highly recommend pro tech to everyone ! the customer service is amazing and there work is amazing to. the prices are very reasonable as well ! i own a bmw and i went to many shops before finding them and none of them were near as nice and they didn’t do no where near as good of a job as they do !

Paul, Tim, Josh and all the gentleman at Protech are awesome and so very helpful. Protech is a wonderful crew and they always go above and beyond to make sure our family and all our vehicles are taken care of! They are always sure to be honest and transparent, and even make sure to disclose things that come up that aren't the original issue, so it can immediately be addressed! They've made lifelong customers out of us!

Have an older Nissan D21 that uses the OBD1 reader, I stopped to ask it they had a reader and they said no. They didn't offer to take the vehicle and read the code with the diagnostic system under the passengers seat. Automotive shops aren't what they use to be. Regardless, after having more than one bad experience with this company, I will never take one of my vehicle to their shop. 0 stars.

This is by far the best repair shop. They are knowledgeable, reliable, affordable and most importantly honest. They went above and beyond for me several times. I’m a girl that knows nothing about cars and they could have taken advantage of that but they didn’t. Best repair shop around. Thank yall for everything you did for me!
