Great customer service! Quality work! I called at 7 am with carrier bearing and #2 u joint needing replaced. I was in at 8am and out by 10am, on a MONDAY morning! Definitely recommend! Jose, is a excellent technician!

José did the most. He drove out picked my dog and I up towed my tractor and trailer 50 plus miles. Replaced my busted radiator put new holes on and also fixed trailer breaks. Been to California and back and now heading back to Cali all because of this company. They where patient with me and I thank them.Services: Car towing

Worst experience ever! My biggest issue--The shop closed without letting me know they were going to keep my car overnight. The pricing is outrageous and they did not let me know of a pricing increase. I was never given the opportunity to decline or approve high pricing. Yet they expect me to be responsible?Very unprofessional and inexperienced!!!!!!The staff at the front desk do not have a clue of what they are doing.. They lied to me about the cost of services I wanted to be done. Then charged me and decided not to call me during business hours to let me know. I had to call to find out they were going to keep and lock my car in the building overnight due to a misunderstanding of the front desk employee with a 3rd party payer. (Caradvise which I don't suggest using) Never use this company for any maintenance on your vehicle.I will also do a negative review on Caradvise as well!!I UPDATEI hoped to get the truth on what happened over the phone and in person. I had 2 managers from the store that continually apologized for the actions of his employee Lupe(Debbie) Lupe did not follow the procedure for the insurance. She told me today that she knew what she was doing. So the first step is to write up an invoice and send it to the insurance for me to approve services at the quoted price. This happens BEFORE the car is worked on. The first step was done incorrectly so that messed up the whole process. If there was an invoice I could have decided if I did or did not want the services. That was not done, which lead us to this point.I was offered a solution by both managers, all while apologizing for the behavior of staff. I did not act out of character. I quietly came in, paid my invoice, and before I could even leave the desk Lupe says we know what we're doing and that all of them talk to each other because that( the manager) is her husband. I only found that out from her volunteering information. I'm not sure where she was getting with that.?If we are going to talk about recording we definitely need to get together and compare notes on the footage of mine as well. You can try a totally fabricate a whole lie about me, but at the end of the day I know the truth. You should ask yourself..Why would I have anything to fuss about if I was getting a reduced price? What else would I get out of it? Nothing. She sparked the exchange of words when she made her comment about them knowing everything.On top of all of that, I walked to my car to inspect the new tires that were mounted, one looked so low that I found out it was on 25psi. How do you come in from getting tires put on and the tire pressure is low before I can leave the parking lot. I was told that the valve stem was loose.?Neither of the men were rude when I spoke with them on the phone. They even offered solutions to me, which If I were satisfied with them after picking up my car, I would revise or remove this post. I had a very busy day trying to get additional services that was not available there, like balancing and getting an alignment.Before I can get settled at home to tend to business, I get this reply that is honestly hilarious because they went through so much to make up a whole scene that did not occur. I was thrown a curve ball because I thought we had come to a solution.Things changed when Lupe, who was clearly mad, took it personal that I wrote my review and it didn't go her way. She could've left things quiet, like me, in the office but she had to say something to me that was not the truth. As I explained, the first step was not followed. Why would you work on a car without getting the owner or the 3rd party a quote for the work to be done? Then I could've saw the price before the car was worked on.I talked to Jose (her husband) and we were in agreement that she should have left the whole situation quiet in the office, Then the transaction would've went smoothly. I guess this reply meant you wanted me to keep this post up.? I'm just saying..

Stay away from those people because they come to only charge you without fixing your truck!!!!!!!Very bad attitude and they lies and overpricing.They busted my truck.

I do not recommend using this place. They charged me $400 labor to mis diagnose a reefer unit that was less than a mile from there place.

I took my truck and trailer here so they could restack my pallets. They told me 2 hours it took 5. While working they tried to steal some of my product. When they got done they tried to charge the shipper 3000.00 dollars are 600.00 dollars an hour and held trailer for ransom. They are nothing but thieves and liers. I’ve posted this on several truckers pages and told the receiver that sent me their what they done.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Eddy and staff. Upon our return from Florida this past winter we experienced a significant issue with our engine on the MH. After wasting several months on another provider in Cullman we turned to Quality Auto which did not let us down. From providing the initial quote to change out of the engine the communication and service was top notch. This was especially comforting to us dealing with a person such as Eddy as being Canadian and the US border closure all was dealt with over the phone or email. Having never met the man it takes a lot of confidence to deal with this from 800+ miles from home.If you need service or advice this is definitely the place to go. Currently due to Covid 19 we have cancelled our plans for 2021 however I hope that in the future we shall be able to travel thru the US again.. One of my stops is to thank Eddy in person ... He is the real deal.. honest , caring and providing the necessary information to make informed decisions.Thanks againMurray & Wendy P

Very friendly staff. Great service.
