I tried to go in to get a drug screening for pre employment on Thursday was turned away because I didn’t have appointment, then was instructed to come back on Friday at one by an employee just to have wasted more of my time because they are closed at noon on Fridays even though the phone service states they are open until two, I would never and refuse to ever use this place again it is horrible service

I did a drive through Covid test one week ago and still haven’t got the results!! I’ve checked MyQuest app daily. Most of the time it says “this information is not available at this time.” Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible. To take this long and still NOT have results of a COVID test is BEYOND ridiculous!

Surprised that an office that supplies lab services for a multitude of medical offices would be so incredibly small and horrifically disorganized. Exceptional rudeness of staff only makes matters worse. If you can have your blood drawn at your doctor's office, or another source, by all means do so!

Sorry pathetic cheap medical office. Require face mask but will not and does not supply one. All I went for was a drug screen. Burnt wasted trip. Have better chance in a back woods medical place this this podunk pathetic excuse of an establishment

I go there for my biometrics each year. The technicians are professional, efficient, and kind. I have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes. I have never had a bad experience there.

Don't bother making an appointment. Several folks called in ahead of me with no appointment, although (appointments have priority ).
