I’ve come to this location a few times in the past and never been in a hurry to go back in and speak with them because the women at the counter are so cold like. But my recent teller was MARVELOUS, I can’t recall his name but he said he was from Houston Tx. HE WAS WONDERFUL, he was a huge help. I went in for 1 thing and he went over several valuable things I didn’t know that I needed. Overall great experience! 10/10

I went into the Point Mallard Parkway location on Saturday to withdraw money from my account and the teller that helped me ended up being a KAREN, her name is Tiffany , she is a traveling teller from the Moulton branch that refused to give me money from my account with my driver’s license and debit card, apparently at Regions Bank you cannot withdraw $2300 dollars out of your own back account without them sending a code to your cell phone to verify who you are, my phone happened to be dead!! I will never bank with REGIONS again!!!! After speaking with the branch manager he informed me that since my phone was dead , she could have used other ways to identify me since my phone was dead however Tiffany did not try to use the other steps to identify me , Tiffany customer service is a big part of being a Teller I will only use Credit Unions going forward!!!

No stars but they won't let me put it.. they are the worst bank.. how to shut my account down on the 5th but they've been holding my paycheck from the 7th all the way until today which is the 30th.. they just been holding my rent money hostage

If zero stars were possible it would be more accurate! They don't even deserve one. My first negative encounter with this Branch was when they messed up a deposit and when I called them out on it they acted as if it was my fault and told me that I should have done a deposit slip. I'm sorry! I thought it was pretty essential for bank tellers to be able to count! Then just today in the middle of an ATM transaction, the ATM shut down with my card and a check that I was depositing inside of it. I call and the teller tells me that I can sit there and wait for it to come back on and maybe it'll pop my stuff out. Maybe! I told her that's unacceptable answer and I need to speak to a manager so without even so much is saying please wait she puts me back on hold. When the manager answers, he acts as if this is no big deal. Your machine just ate my card and a check! I understand that you may not have the accessibility to go open an ATM but at least have some compassion. When I try to explain to him that this is for a business and I at least need some kind of letterhead stating that this is happened, he tells me that he's not giving me anything for an account that I'm not on. Extremely rude! And not to mention it lacks intelligence. I have the account information. I have a debit card. I was trying to make a deposit. Obviously I have authorization to be doing all of this even if my name isn't on the account. Furthermore, I'm not asking you to put any kind of sensitive information on the letter, I'm just asking for a letter so that there is confirmation that this has occurred. It brings me great joy to say that the company was already planning to close their accounts and open different ones tomorrow! I'm very much considering doing the same with my personal. If you feel that you must stay with regions, the Hartselle branch is better. Avoid this branch location at all cost!

I've been banking with Regions for many many years. I've never had any issues. They have always helped me if I've had any problems. They were quick to catch and notify me of fraudulent purchases on my account and refunded me the money. I would definitely recommend Regions for anyone looking for a place to bank.

Don’t use for personal banking and now I know why. Went in Saturday for deposit and change and said they don’t do that on Saturdays………so why are you open???

The manager, Matt was very rude to me on the phone. Another branch provided solutions to my problem that he was not willing to give, and he doubled down on his stance on the issue even though the corporate office confirmed the solutions that were provided by the other branch. He interrupted me on the phone several times even after I asked him to stop. I will never step foot in this branch again unless the situation is rectified.
