Prices have went up and I'm not sure that corporate realizes that the majority of people that shop at the salvation army want bargains and cannot afford 20.00 for a pair of worn out shoes.

"for a good cause" only goes so far. Since the remodel, prices on secondhand goods match what you might expect to pay for brand new items on reasonable sale at a big box retail: this is absurd and wildly misses the mission and purpose of the Salvation Army.

This is a real money maker for them just like the shelter they have in Decatur. They're are somethings that needs to be addressed but that's not in today's rant.
