I paid for a box and package material and provided a pre paid shipping label 3 days ago and still have nothing on the tracking number but shipping label printed..where is my package??!

Useless store. Was told they don’t print shipping labels for you, that I would have to go a an actual FedEx store, in Huntsville, 30 minutes from here. As she watched me struggle to carry this package in and then out. Rude and useless.

I go in there once a week to fax papers but will never go anywhere else .The ladies are so friendly,polite and helpful.The service is great!!!!
