why does it take such a specialized person to take an amazon return? the store seemed almost deserted, although i didn't go into the store i still saw a lot of bare shelves. i will never go back there

Be prepared to find your products, with little to no staff help. The store is very understaffed and it shows. When you do find a staff member, they are helpful and friendly.

Walked in today to get some supplies for my semi truck and walked by a few employees not one even said hello or asked if I needed help...and the mens bathroom is disgusting...toilet paper everywhere, garbage on floor....I'm very disappointed
