I have been renting from them for a good few months now and I have had a really good experience. I have one of the bigger indoor units and everything has been neat and tidy since day one. I would highly recommend.

Worst place to rent from the manager will literally stalk everything about you. They are racists. This place has a huge rat problem especially in the climate control buildings. I would not recommend renting from them and they are even worse to work for basically want you to do everything for free.

Easy in and out, excellent location on the west side of the city of Decatur. Convenient for city dwellers and those who live out in the country. 24 hour gated access, spacious storage units.

We have had a storage unit there for 3 years. I went there to retrieve my Christmas decorations and was shocked to find rat droppings and urine all over my furniture and belongings. What was more shocking was the fact that they refused to do anything about it. We salvaged what we could, and the rest had to be thrown away.

Have been using one of the large units for several years. Very happy with both the service and location. Lara and staff have always been very friendly and professional and have helped us on several occasions with uhaul rentals.

If you want your stuff, ruined by mice or rats, feces and infestation, this is the place for your belongings. I had a climate controlled unit for almost 3 years. I recently went to get my Christmas stuff out of storage and discovered that all of my furniture inside my unit was ruined by an infestation. That includes urine and feces of either a rat or mouse. The manager was so fake and to be honest, she's dealt with this issue before, based on her verbiage. She asked me when was the last time was that I checked on my storage unit, implying that I should be coming every month to check on my unit, per her and the Cooks pest control guy. When you pay such good money at a place, when your stuff is in a climate controlled unit, who would think they would need to come and check on their stuff monthly? Needless to say, a lot of sentimental things we're ruined. As well as brand new furniture, that I trusted would be safe while storing it here. Offering me one month of FREE rent, after half of my stuff was ruined, and had to be thrown away. It's an insult. Not to mention the manager and the way she handles things.
