While the store itself was nice, my checkout experience was NOT. I picked up an item which had a discount tag but ended up not being discounted, so I asked the lady wearing a big bob gibson shirt at the self checkouts to take it off. She had a big attitude about it, as if she was annoyed i asked her to do her job. That in itself was one thing, however, my mom had another lady at the register checking her out. The attendant at the self checkout proceeded to walk over to the lady checking my mom out, and talk negatively about me!
Ive never met such an unpleasant target employee. This happened at roughly 8:45 on 02/26/25

Used to love shopping here until lately. The whole environment of the store just doesn’t feel welcoming like it used too. I went to the store to purchase some cold medicine and the aisle I needed into was blocked by an employee’s stocking cart, and a second employee talking to her. They never acknowledged my existence nor offered to move or help me. Another customer walked through this aisle to, and was treated in a similar manner. I will say, curb side drive-up service is excellent! That’s about the only way I’ll be returning to this store again.

Standing here at the electronics counter. Called customer service and they told me to press the button. Stood here a while. Two associates went by me. Customer service sucks. I’ll flag someone down, but legendary customer service is where it starts. Don’t come here unless I have to

i went to purchase an ipad case in the technology section. mind you, i work at a retail store with different cashier location so regardless of what it’s specified for we could check out costumers if they purchase something. anyways, the employee the guy in technology, with glasses was checking out someone. i got behind the costumer that was checking out so i could pay. he then asks if he could help me & i said im just checking out he then rudely tells me to go pay up front. i didnt have time to stand there and argue but i let him get his way. i will be coming back & if he tells me to go up front he’ll see it from me.

Check the dates on your products, we bought some Cheezits to serve to our guests for our house warming party. One of our Guests stated that they tasted different. On checking the date, we discovered that they were dated April 2024. They were a week shy of being 9mths out of date. We returned them to the store for a refund but felt the associate didn't seem to be taking the matter seriously. This fact was born out by the fact that 30 minutes after drawing her attention to the item, we were able to find more on the shelf! This isn't what we expect from target.

Devastating rude. A product was in the wrong spot and said it was for sale for 21 dollars but then rang up as 40 and the associates helping were so disrespectful saying "that's not the price"

I called several times and when I finally reached someone in the grocery department I asked for a manger and she placed me on hold and no one EVER came to the phone.

I placed an online order at target and within 2 hrs. I picked it up. My order was accurate as well as ready for pick up. The store assistant was polite. I had a good experience, I highly recommend, esp if you don't feel up to personal shopping.

Best place to shop, safe, clean and organized plus you can get pizza and or Starbucks Carmel frappe while you shop, always great items at a reasonable price. Love target

Management was extremely helpful when I had questions about prices and honored the pricing shown even though it was old and discounted.
