I’ve delivered here a couple times, each time they get here late for a 5am appointment. Last time it was 15 minutes. Today it’s been 30 minutes and still aren’t ready. The only TSC I’ve had issues in my 11 years delivering to Tractor Supply.

Terrible management! I called to check availability for propane and was told they had propane available. I then sent my employee over to fill up one of our work vehicles and she was told she would have to wait in the parking lot for an hour. I then called the store and was told by Rachael that the team was working on something else and she had decided to leave people waiting in the parking lot for an hour to get propane. She said she had someone there to fill it but just refused to do it and hung up on me. This was also 24hrs before an ice storm was forecast to hit!!! She should have been fired on the spot.

The red-headed manager and employee that were scheduled for closing on 06/15 (Father’s Day) were SO unprofessional. They literally had me wait 25 minutes for someone to unlock the case that held puppy shots. During that time the employee claimed that they had lost the keys. She yelled at other customers coming in that they had one minute, and spiked an attitude with a customer that CLEARLY could not understand her because he was fluent in Spanish, not English. Most people who don’t speak Spanish can say UNO MOMEMENTO. The manager and employee spoke about how they were gonna quit together and talked shamefully about other customers that had “hurt” their feelings. After all customers are gone? By all means. But in front of other customers? That level of comfortability is disgusting and unprofessional.

I’d rather travel to the Muscle Shoals store than go to the Decatur store. So many problems with pick up orders, the manager lady is so so rude, all they do it walk around on their phones, they try harder to not work than to work and get it over with, I’ve had to come in and get my own order pick up items. No help nothing. The store is cramped and unorganized. The workers just walk around and complain and are very unprofessional. Manager included. There’s more to being a manager rather than delegating and ordering people around while you just sit at a computer or behind a desk. Management should be you lead by example. I’m just not happy with our store. It needs so much attention. I really hope this helps because I have to go to tractor supply for my items for breeding puppies just wish it could be a more pleasant time

I recommend Valley Feed and Landscape as a better alternative, they're definitely more involved and know their stuff. Unlike the box stores, they have the background that makes them the better choice. As an urban farmer their advice is just as valuable as their in-store products, and I haven't found that anywhere else. Farmers trust and rely on them, and I have come to also.
Nothing really different about the store in regards to service or atmosphere compared to most other stores ( :( Except Lowe's, the worst.). Visited yesterday and found that their prices are twice as much (for identical items) for A MAJORITY of items at other stores, but their prices on bigger items (mowers, safes, trailers, etc) are about the same as everywhere else. Nothing personal (because if have ppl willing to pay more, why not.), but my loyalty will remain with my current suppliers.

I had a broken item I purchased there about a month ago. Ingrid was the salesperson that helped me out. She was extremely professional and helpful and provided me an alternative to the broken item I'd returned. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally she handled the problem

Visited TS to access Pet Med. The two vet tech were rude and I was told that they wouldn't serve me. Poor service. They lost a customer, forever.
