2 hrs job took 6 hrs. Sloppy work. Unhooked battery and didn't hook it back correctly. Tried to tell me i had a dead batt. I didn't. Wondered what they were doing for lunch??

Worst U haul place ever!
Customer service and this location do not communicate. They will keep calling you from different numbers and they don't process your payment when you ask them too. They are dimwits

Took our car in for them to add a hitch. Did not put the piece back on the bumper all the way. Broke our key fob, tried to say it was that way when brought in. They made excuses. Didn’t even do electrical because he wasn’t sure what we wanted. When I asked why he didn’t call, he said it was just too busy. He didn’t half of a job and then made nothing but excuses for why he didn’t do it right! I do not recommend!

Recommend to anyone using retail. This location I have dealt with 4 employees and its been the same with each.Great personalities and very helpful.I was in a tight spot they got my unit figured out for me and then in between moving I lost the keys and the fellas got the locks all cut off for me.Great Crew!

The gentleman who served us was extremely professional, polite, informative and pleasant. This is the exception to the rule when dealing with vendors in todays world. This guy deserves a pat on the back.

I had to rent a trailer on short notice. U-Haul had what I needed. Although it was 100 degrees out, the staff provided excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude. It turned out I didn't have everything I needed to hook up the trailer, but Kyle made sure I had everything I needed to haul it safely. Highly recommend.
