I have had several packages lost or marked as delivered and not showing up. I gave it two stars because the Monday-Friday lady is awesome but everytime somethings missing or doesnt show, its on a weekend. It will say delivered and in a five minute span, I can walk outside, check the front, back, sides of the house and the mailbox, even the roof just in case yall are feeling a little crazy that day and its not there. A little communication from the company would be nice if the employees route was cut short or a man just wanted to go home, but please do not mark it as delivered. There are companies relying on USPS who are losing money due to this.

Worst post office I’ve dealt with. My package has said it was out for delivery for 3 days still hasent been put in my box. Guess they are too lazy to walk it to the door. Mail use to be delivered around 3-4 pm. Now I’m lucky to get it before 9pm some days lucky to get it at all. No one answers the phone it just rings for 30 minutes straight

I know you can read or you wouldn't have gotten the job!!!! that means you're on your phone and you're lazy!!!!!!! I'm getting sick of doing your job by delivering mail to people on our street, this is bull crap!!!
Get off your phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! you're supposed to be at work!!!!!! the laws applies to you tooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

A few months ago all of my packages were marked by an employee as delivered when in fact the packages were still at the post office. I should be compensated the delivery charges because I picked them up and brought them home. A caucasian female “manager” tells me she is sorry but “we have small trucks and couldn’t fit all the packages “ TF Get more trucks was my response. And if this postal carrier named Laura delivers another solicitation not addressed to me but says current occupant even though I wrote return to sender, I will be sure to tell her every time and report her for her poor customer service. Just a waste of paper, time, and energy!

We have not received mail at my apartment building since Friday. They know that this is a business and they know the business hours. I did not receive a shipping update until 5:30 PM today. This is Monday. The people in Washington are cutting services and they have been cutting services so they can make the USPS look bad and privatize it. It already delivers for the big companies. The USPS is a proud US Service and always has been. I want my package!

Are you serious you people can deliver my small item on the same day my desk suppose to be delivered but you guys lied and said you attempted to deliver it at 2:40 pm while my door is wide open and then you guys held it at the carrier location then when I try to pick up before you guys lock down you guys say I can't smh I'm very disappointed very lazy workers who needs to be retrained

Thank you to the man working the counter for informing me that the way I've been mailing dozens of other parcels is apparently "illegal" because of the type of sticker. Somehow all the other post workers over the years didn't make it an issue, but you did I guess. It felt great to essentially be accused of theft in front of a lobby full of people.
I also really enjoyed your rude and doubtful responses about the issue while waiting for your trainee to stumble through two international packages over the course of 30 minutes. Try being a manager in THAT regard before you put customers under a microscope. And maybe then there won't be a constant line of 6+ people at all hours of the day.

Apparently the ego of the manager of this location has only grown worse, because now he's decided to threaten employees at other locations over this frivolous issue. If this is the route you wanna go The go ahead and call up the locations in Mobile, Nashville, Atlanta, and Chicago; don't go on a power trip tirade against people who don't deserve it. What kind of boss do you think you are? All the staff I've been with over several years and several locations are 10x the employee you could ever hope to be, and 100x the person you ever WILL be. Clearly something is going on outside of work and he's lashing out at every possible vessel that he can to make up for it. What an absolutely unfortunate person.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Have repeatedly ordered herbs and not have them delivered. Also missing important documents sent twice. Sometimes get mail for wrong apartment, even though the mailboxes are numbered by apt number. How do I escalate these issues so something gets done about them?

Terrible service - they go days without putting mail in our PO box, frequently lose things, they put other people's mail in the box, there are never more than 1 or 2 clerks up front. We got a PO box because street delivery was horrible. PO box is worse. RUN!
