WOW! The lady at this location was literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She’s kind , funny and SO WELCOMING.
I’ve never wanted to go back to a government building/office so bad in my life.

The lady who runs this satellite post office on the Beltline is truly a gem. She’s the only one working here, and despite how busy it gets, she always greets me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She’s incredibly hardworking—so much so that it’s hard for her to even take a bathroom break!
She’s also very knowledgeable and professional. It’s always a pleasure doing business with her, and I genuinely enjoy stopping by to check my P.O. Box every morning.
It’s really disheartening to see people being rude or impatient with her. I hope others will take a moment to consider everything she handles on her own before reacting negatively. She deserves appreciation and kindness for the fantastic job she does every single day.

I have used the Beltline USPS Branch for years. It's always been a pleasure to ship packages and purchase stamps at this location. It's a much longer drive downtown so this has been ideal for my family! The lady that runs it is always so kind and considerate. I will continue to do business here! The place is always busy so it's obvious that many enjoy doing business here!

Have been going here for years and Leng is wonderful . This is a Satellite location like a contractor. They don’t have access to many things typical post offices do . Like QR code scan and send. If you are prepared such as labels printed on your packages from EBay etc good to go! She can weigh and measure then quite the price . Some people come in ill prepared , no package or box and expect her to do it. You should be prepared with the supplies or go to UPS and buy there or main post offices in Hartselle or Decatur . She is quick and efficient and often does not get breaks , but leaves a sign be right back for potty breaks. Come on! People complain she has to pee?!? Expect a wait if you’re not prepared or those ahead of you aren’t. I never mind waiting because she is always pleasant to us. I go there nearly everyday with packages .
Expectations for one person working is too high if you think juggling all of her tasks is easy.
Your lack of preparedness and not a reason to expect more from someone else

Postal worker was rude and told me I needed to bring somebody with me to watch my baby if I couldn’t stand in line. Obviously, I didn’t have anyone to watch my baby. Never go here it’s always very dirty inside.

The lady that works there is very helpful and nice. Always does her best and helps everyone she can. I sell on ebay and give her 20+ packages everytime I go twice a week. I've never had a problem. They all arrive super fast. She gets 50+ packages from me a week and does a perfect job. Never had an issue. A++

It's a satellite location so it can't do everything that a normal location can, but the staff there has never let me down. Been seeing the same lady since I was a kid and she's always been able to help me out.

I always have issues with this post office I always take birthday cards and hand them to the lady that is the postal worker the last 2 I have mailed have not made it to destination get replies LOST MAIL after research I have not mailed any packages from them in years due to them damaging one I sent to grandkids and half the stuff was missing please tell me its not only me

What can you say, a Post Office is a Post Office. However, this one needs to be bulldozed down, and a new one built.
