Pricing is all over the place - deals can be found if you look hard (really hard - they're gonna make you work). The most frustrating thing is that all the small hard goods that they can fit into heat sealed bags (you can not open them or they won't sell it to you) as "grab bags" or "lots" they do so - making it impossible to truly know what it is you are buying in those bags and forcing you to buy other items that you probably don't want just to get the item that you do want. Also - no open dressing rooms when I was there and no senior discount day. They do have certain color tags on sale for the day, but they were quickly clearing the shelves of those color tagged items when I was there so get there early, lol.

I have no idea when they started charging full retail for second hand items, but this was really really disappointing. I never thought I'd see $150+ price tags on second hand furniture(which is admittedly hard to price), but also full freaking hardware store prices on items (specifically a Scott's fertilizer spreader, used, at $24.99!!!)

I love this hidden gem in Decatur, Alabama. Travel from Huntsville to shop in this awesome store. Great selection of glassware, and home goods. Anything you can imagine can be found here.Great people that are super helpful at cash register. Clean restroom and plenty of shopping carts.

They're the highest thrift store in Decatur, it makes no sense putting high prices on used goods. I use to go there often. But now I hardly ever step foot in there. If anyone wants to get some good used products for a reasonable price they should go to American thrift. Best thrift in Decatur Al.
