Upgrading an iPhone. Sale complete - yay. Data transfer - yikes. It wasn't working. Our sales guy, Zac, was helpful. Yet, he was with another customer. We asked Jasmine for help. Hmmm, attitude. We really needed assistance. Jasmine was so rude and only offered one smart alec tip which didn't solve the issue. I asked if they assist in set up. Her response in a very terse tone was "i told her..." then, gone. 30 mins later, Zac was able to come back to us and assist. Thank goodness!

Courtney was my sales person. She was beyond great. She has a great personality and super nice and knows what she is doing probably more than anyone else. They were system issues so I left and came back and she done her thing and made sure I understood how to operate the phone. She even called back the next to make sure I was good. She is a good one and should be paid more than she already is.

Waited an hour to get service with them just to get told I have to come back in the next day, so ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this store.

Came here last month to upgrade my husband’s phone and it was such a painless upgrade. Not only did the transfer of his data not take that long but they helped with getting his new screen protector and case.

Drove my granddaughter there. I won't pay extra for Verizon services.. Her bill goes up and she has to pay $10 to talk yo a real person on the phone. Crazy.

Ended up having “the green screen of death”. My backlight went out on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I didn’t catch the name, but I was instantly helped when I came in (it was later in the evening 30 minutes before the store closed). No huffing or puffing that it was late. They helped me and gave me a warranty on my phone which was in my hands less than 48hrs from when I walked in the store. Took it back to get it set up and was again helped instantly and was locked and loaded ready to go after 15 minutes! Very speedy and friendly service. I will be back hopefully on other circumstances!
