Very rude and treat you like you are bothering them. The actual pharmacist are a joke. You can’t ask them anything like you are supposed to be able to do about your medications. Again you are a bother not a customer. I would be happy if they just did away with this location all together!

I went in to pick up family photos I had paid for online. Get there and the first young lady couldn't find them..then the employee Leesa came over and she looked as well. No biggie things get misplaced. But Lessa proceeds to say I know I printed them last night are you sure you didn't pick them up. Yes I'm positive. I placed the order at 10pm so I could pick up the next day. So nobody went out to get them. But she then states again well they'll turn up eventually. So who has my family photos who knows. Remember I said above I paid online the night before Lessa tried to charge me twice. I showed where it came out my account the night before. As well as the order confirmation and payment confirmation. Lessa was dead set I was wrong. And I wasn't paying again. Because I had all my receipts. Lessa then decides to toss the reprinted pictures across the counter with an attitude and being completely rude while being in the wrong. Never took accountability or apologized. When I asked for a manager she told me the managers name and hers. Then wanted to get smart and ask if I wanted her to write it down for me. But what's funny is she didn't offer cooperates number. Anyway. Both cooperate and her manager have been contacted. Customer service is hard and things happen. But her attitude made it worse.

I have been going to this store for years for my medication but I'm now looking for a different drug store. the people that are working at the window are not the type of people I want to deal with when getting my prescription filled or refilled Or any other time. I would have left a while ago if not for a nice lady (I don't think works there anymore). after yesterday not even the one nice lady would keep me going back to that store. I talked with some women that told me the biggest lies I have ever heard, just because she didn't give us all of the refills she was supposed to. I am old and don't drive on ice plus my husband has dementia's and I can't leave him at home alone. Why can't people just say "I made a mistake and I'm sorry " rather than making stupid stuff up and telling lies. I wouldn't be looking for a new drug store right now

2 lanes now only 1, this location stays busy an has now became a inconvenience because they reduced the lanes, traffic stays wrapped and the dread of why didn't you just go elsewhere really starts kicking in, expecially if you are already feeling horrible, gonna start checking other places see if any have better flow, if i wanted to wait a hour in a line i would have gone inside.

Will never have another prescription sent here. Inside counter closed. This is my second attempt at the drive thru. Been waiting 27 min with 2 cars in front of me. Ridiculous.

I am terminal, today I felt good enough to go get my daughter a last minute present and they wouldn’t let me buy it. It was ten minutes before close and the lady told me to leave. I was at the register. This is my last Christmas….

Poor customer service. Techs are not friendly or helpful. They treat you badly. I will be transferring our meds elsewhere.

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions I have to sit in line for 30+ minutes no Matter how many cars are in line. If you’ve got all the time in the world to sit and wait, be my guest and use them. My meds are now being filled elsewhere.

I shop here all the time, I haven't been able to walk on my left leg,. I call my order in and they get everything for us my husband is bedfast so we have a difficult time . Thankful. There are people at Walgreens that will help you. Thanks to all.

Every time i go there my prescription isn't ready, even though I have had a phone call telling me it's ready to pick up, and I have to wait another 20 minutes to get it.. NOT ALL but a couple of the pharmacy staff are rude. I will not recommend this location.
