Tellers need more help 6 people in line 20 mins standing in line to put in deposits managers huddled in the corner all speaking to each other about they were supposed to shadow other offices and that never happened… while tellers struggle to get through the line. Please hire more tellers or have more line level less management. Too many chiefs not enough Indians!

If I didn’t have to go here for my day job deposits I’d rather never step foot in here. I’m only giving 3 stars for friendly staff otherwise thank the heavens I’m being paid to wait here to drop off deposits.

Funds in my account were placed on an 8 day hold when I was told they would be available today. This was a major inconvenience because I placed a non refundable deposit on a vehicle that this silly hold is going to cause me to forfeit

I came by the drive through to deposit a check. It was made out to my spouse and me. I was the only one who signed as I did not know we both needed to sign. I feel that the tellers could have been more courteous in explaining to me why they could not cash the check.

I first went to the ATM outside as I am handicapped and this is the easiest option for me. The atm was out of order, therefore I had to go inside to do my business. I walked up to the waiting spot as both tellers were occupied. The one teller had finished her business with the customer and was having a casual chatI was ok with this as customer service is important. After this customer left, I approached the window as the girl said to me 'give me a minute "At this time she turned to the girl behind her and started a casual conversation with her. I felt ignored and disrespectful. I will never be back to this branch.

I needed to take care of some financial matters on behalf of my recently deceased mother, The lady i spoke with Miss Delinda Whitmire was extremely helpful and helped make an unfortunate and emotional circumstance a bit more tolerable. I very much appreciate the help and guidance i recieved and would like to thank her and this branch for finalizing the matters at hand. She was knowledgable and professional and very caring. If there were more people like her, the world would indeed be a better place! I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

This is the worst branch ever. If you can, I highly recommend you do your banking elsewhere. Their processes are the most antiquated I've seen anywhere. The tellers act as if they're entitled, rude and so snooty! You are all servants to the community that bank here which allows you to receive a paycheck. Be grateful. Humble yourselves and then act accordingly. However, I don't think any changes will be made as long as they have the same branch manager.

Opening an account at this location was a mistake, stay as far away as you can. I try to only leave positive reviews for places I enjoy, but after a terrible experience time after time, it needs to be mentioned that you will not enjoy your your experience here and you need to look elsewhere for your banking needs.

The ATM is almost always broken or out of service, or just doesn't have any cash in it.I had used Capitol One Bank for a really long time, but after traveling a bit, I noticed that Capitol One was a smaller regional thing, and Wells Fargo was more available and widely used, at least in the areas I had been traveling to. But since I've arrived in Decatur, there was only this location where you could go inside to talk with representatives, and two other locations that were just ATM'S. One of those had been removed, so now there's really only one Wells Fargo ATM in all of Decatur... And it's not at this bank..

Jack Norris is the best Banker in Wells Fargo. If i could give more then 5 stars I would. I had some major issues trying to open an account. Jack went above and beyond to help me get the accounts after i kept getting the runaround from Wells Fargo Corp. 5 trips to his branch (which is an hour drive 1 way. so normally this was 3-3 1/2 hour thing for me) and 4 of the times the "back office" saying I needed to do this first. so i would do it. then i would need to do something else the next time. on and on. Jack never gave up and fought on my behalf. After going to the bank today again for the 5th time and Jack calling their "back office to see why i still could not open an account the day ended at 5:15pm and we opened an account!thank you Jack for everything!

I had a suspicious check that I was enquiring about its authenticity, and they treated me like I was a criminal.
