I went to get me some furniture and bedroom set and never got the bedroom set and then when they told me about the furniture they never told me the furniture was used number 1. Number 2 they switched my payments saying it was more for the furniture a month then what they told me come to find out the furniture was repoed from someone house because when they brought it to me roaches coming out never again I wouldn’t recommend them for nothing in the world.

I’ve replaced my washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove and now fireplace entertainment center here. The customer service is always great! Thank you Kimberly and Deana for always taking such good care of us!

I don't believe it's possible to give 0 stars, but that really needs to be an option, because that's definitely what I would have given Aaron's in Demopolis, Alabama! I was highly disappointed with the customer service here. Now, the store is cute as can be, and seems clean and well organized. But, looks can be deceiving, please remember that! Because the management team here at this location, surely doesn't match the well organized appearance of this store. To make a long story short, I was tricked and lied to. The management staff are not kind and are also not on the same page. One would tell me something, then another would tell me something entirely different. These ladies do bad business. The general manager in particular does not like to admit fault and will do whatever it takes to be right! Beware! Please learn from my mistake, and just purchase your appliances, etc., outright! If you can not afford to do that, please look into other options besides this location! Or company, for that matter. You have been warned!

They won’t call you to let you know when your online order has been delivered from the warehouse nor they won’t call you too schedule a delivery date or anything you have to call them but they’ll constantly call you about that payment though!!!!!

Staff has been friendly however went with the choose a payment date and I am not sure why they offer it! I get called since their usual dates are like the 1st or 15th saying I forgot to make my payment which is scheduled later. Then they take it out earlier than the actual due date....Overall everything is good just don't offer if you aren't going to go by your own rules

This is just the best place to get great furniture if you’re on a tight budget. Not only is the furniture top notch so are the folks that work there. They are great. They treat you like family and all of them are very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I can guarantee that you can’t go wrong shopping here because both the staff AND the merchandise are top notch.
