Came in one day to purchase a barn and within a week it was delivered by the most cooperative delivery person. He made sure that i was satisfied with where the building sat. I must say that the day of delivery was one of the most hottest days of the year but yet he worked tirelessly in the heat.

I purchased my unit and paid a VERY SMALL deposit on Monday afternoon. Unit delivered before noon on Thursday AND this has been IMMEDIATELY following the holiday season when they have been very behind. The gentleman who had an issue with his dealer getting his unit delivered must have ordered some special modifications or something. I didn't speak with my dealer regarding delivery. I spoke with a VERY NICE lady in dispatch at Cotton State Barns. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with them so far. This appears to be a FANTASTIC and AFFORDABLE solution to my storage needs. THANK YOU Cotton State Barns!

Slow company that like to give you the run around. I would suggest a different builder unless you want to wait 3 months for your barn.

I ordered a barn in December, paid the deposit fee and was told that the barn would arrive in 2-3 weeks. After numerous phone calls to the local dealer and a continuous string of lies, I requested a refund on my deposit the first week of March.I do not suggest purchasing anything from Cotton State Barns!

Cotton State Barns have dealers over multiple states. I wonder if Jacob called the headquarters in Hall, TN? A poor experience with a local dealer isn't reflective of the whole company. Cotton State Barns builds excellent quality buildings at the most reasonable rates available. I hope Jacob is able to talk to someone at headquarters and get this straightened out.
