CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While the convenience of the mobile app and online ordering is appreciated, some customers have experienced long wait times and understaffing issues at the physical locations. One customer described a frustrating experience where a single pharmacist was responsible for multiple tasks, leading to long wait times. Another customer noted that the staff, though sometimes not very friendly, were generally helpful and efficient. However, some staff members were perceived as trying to provide unsolicited advice about the customer's insurance coverage, which was not well-received. Despite these challenges, the pharmacy staff's efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic were acknowledged, with one customer praising the quick service they received when the location was understaffed. Overall, the reviews suggest that while CVS provides a convenient service, the quality of the customer experience can vary depending on the specific location and staffing levels.

This Pharmacy have went down. today i went inside because the line was so long at the pick up window. When I went inside they only had two workers so I applaud ?? the workers! Due to covid it’s a shortage of workers. But the lady got my medicine together quick and I was on out the door!
