If you need a prescription filled DO NOT go to CVS pharmacy in Demopolis. Guy came to the windows acting as if he don’t see anything for me when they called me yesterday leaving a voicemail saying it was ready. He proceeded to ask for my insurance card, gave that to him and he comes back to the windows and says they don’t accept our insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rude and racist. Had surgery Friday and was discharged Saturday and couldn’t make it in time. So now I gotta suffer with pain until I can get to my own pharmacist. I don’t even give CVS of Demopolis a 1/10.

Literal worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. This pharmacist is fit better stocking shelves at a Walmart. Ignorant. Whatever you do don’t go here.

The pharmacist had the worst attitude possible. You’re working with ppl with various illnesses the least you can be is polite. I tested positive with Covid & came to the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions. She was at the window when I pulled up but let me sit there over 10 minutes before she rudely said I needed to come in bc the register was closed. Had she given me a chance to say WHY I was in the drive thru, my visit would’ve much more pleasant. Instead, I had to risk infecting others bc of her ignorance. Her tone was evil & her attitude was nonchalant. I’ll never feel safe taking medicine she has to mix with the attitude that she carry. Osatohanmwen Okunbor, RPH was the pharmacist on duty.!

This is probably the worst CVS I’ve Been in. The attendant was sitting down behind counter with a buggy in the way of her register. As soon as she needed to move to process loading money to my card she had the worst vibes and attitude. I wasn’t able to load my account with cash at this location. But I would bet it would look more. Like A Dollar General as time goes by

Called the pharmacy twice and waited over 30 minutes before speaking to someone. This associate was extremely unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me.

First of all, there are two ladies that will fill when requested. It’s usually a little slow but they are sometimes alone so understandable. One younger guy that is not super friendly but kind and helpful is great. And a younger girl that’s nice but tried to tell me what my insurance wouldn’t cover. Please just always run through insurance because if it doesn’t cover it will go towards your deductible usually. Also, please don’t tell me about my insurance or how this stuff works. I’m VERY informed and I understand how medical system works.Secondly, I have also worked in customer service if you are not closed you should serve your customer. Just because it’s 15 minutes til closing doesn’t mean you can’t fill my prescription. The older man that was working tonight got snippy with me, tried to explain how my savings card works and said it would be noon before my prescription was filled tomorrow. If you guys would answer the phone I could have handled my business early but I called once waited on hold for 15 minutes, called a second time was hung up on and finally spoke to someone a third time. I like the convenience of using the app and paying and ordering online but this CVS is the worst. Went to a cvs in another town. One person was working and had three prescriptions filled in 5 minutes with a positive attitude.

Did not work with me at all to refill my mail order script. Even though I had authorization from my mail order service. From out of state. They were also very rude.

This Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. I had a prescription filled, and they did not have the medicine I needed. They did not bother to call until I went up there to pick it up. It was late in the day and I did not have time to get this filled elsewhere. This was much needed antibiotics for my child. This was not the first time something like this has happened but I can promise you it will be the last. I will never be back.

Sent my babies antibiotics home without mixing it! Which could be so dangerous! Then the guy behind the pharmacy counter never even apologized and acted as if he did nothing wrong!

This Pharmacy have went down. today i went inside because the line was so long at the pick up window. When I went inside they only had two workers so I applaud ?? the workers! Due to covid it’s a shortage of workers. But the lady got my medicine together quick and I was on out the door!

I use this pharmacy once a month. I come inside to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled. I gave the girl my prescription. She stuck it in the and it sat in the basket for 25 minutes while she took care of 3 other people who were behind me and proceeded to put their prescriptions into the system and fill theirs. As I'm sitting here watching finally she grabs basket after I made a comment to my daughter and she puts it through the system. Needless to say the folks who come in before me were gone and here I go still sitting in the pharmacy waiting on my prescription for over a half hour. Absolutely unacceptable. If it was an emergency for the other folks I would have not said a word but I will be filing a complaint to the corporate office.
