I have been waiting for 2 hours at the Enterprise office waiting for an employee to show up. I reserved a car last week. I have already dropped my personal vehicle off for repairs so now I am stuck 30 miles away from home with no way to get there. Pitiful excuse for customer service.

Horrific customer service. Had an early morning reservation. The opening employee didn’t arrive to work until over 40 minutes after my reservation time. Employees here aren’t even knowledgeable of the company’s policies. My initial reservation was cancelled the prior evening due to an employee’s misinterpretation of their policy. I was told I had to change locations. Got to this location and even MORE misinterpretation of their company’s policy. While trying to get this sorted out, I was told to step out of the office because my baby was “too loud”. This is why I tried avoiding this location all together. This isn’t the first terrible customer service experience here. After multiple calls and emails to customer service (in which customer service agents were in agreement with me concerning this policy) , I have yet to hear back from any manager with support to resolve this issue. Several hours after my initial reservation time, I ended up going to an Enterprise an hour away. SAME STATE, SAME POLICY. Where the employees knew and upheld the companies policies with great customer service. Thanks to them I was able to make such an important trip. If I could give this location ZERO stars as a rating, I would.

If I could give half of a one star, I would. They hardly have vehicles available and when they do call you, it is at the last minute. My family was going out of town and needed a vehicle. They said that they would call my father back to let him know when to retrieve the car. They did not let him know 4:15 pm that they will not be getting a car. It is almost 5 pm and they close at 5! They are not opened on the weekend.There was another bad experience that my mother had with them. The guy she worked with took forever. He wasn't even in a hurry to get back from across the street. He also put my mother's name wrong in the system as well. You try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but honey this is ridiculous.

This place is ridiculous! I rented a car because mine was in the shop. When I got the car we did a walk around, took approximately 1 minute, when I took the car back a week later, there were new people there. We did a walk around , they looked under the car and they got to the back of the car and looked underneath it, something they didn’t do when I got the car! They said there’s damage underneath, well I didn’t do it ! It looked like they had tried pulling something with it , it was like the bumper was split ! I was livid ! If I damaged the car , I have insurance but I be damned if I’m paying for someone else’s mistake! I almost went to jail that day ! Do NOT rent in Demopolis , they are ridiculous!

The two lady’s I encountered while renting were very rude. It shouldn’t be an opinion to reserve a car online in Demopolis,AL location..when they always say they have nothing available at the giving time. They are very inconsiderate of others time

Absolutely absurd. Had a reservation for a car, was there at my reservation time. They said sorry, there was a tornado 2 weeks ago so cars are reserved for insurance cases. You can't have 1. Extremely rude, aggressive, and combative, will never use Enterprise again.

I see people upset about not having cars available.... I have 2 things to say...I make my reservations weeks in advance. I've rented 4 times and only once did they not have the car I ordered, so I got an upgrade, still drove away Happy!...2nd thing, its a small town, this isn't an international Airport, the fact theres an option available is a godsend.Great service, smiling faces, clean cars, and never dissapointed :)

Never have any vehicles available. What’s the purpose of letting people book online and get confirmation numbers only to be told later that there’s no available vehicles? This has happened to me twice.

They claim via the website that they deliver vehicles, however the service is " not available in certain areas " and oddly enough, every place is the " not available "area

Arrived early with our confirmation mumber and they had no cars available. How does this happen?100% ruined our trip. This was at he Enterprise in Demopolis. Alabama. Was told I would be contacted by corporate office almost two weeks ago. Still, no word. If I could give negative stars, I would!
