That's not my name or email associated with my plan but I do have legitimate concern about loyal customers. You introduced the metroflex plan and share that your loyal customer will have the same benefit as new customers. That is not true, Lowe's customer has to be on the plane for 12 months before receiving a new free phone. New customers can switch from their old provider to Metro and receive a new phone without having to wait. You require autopay in order to be on the flex plan where it does not allow you to use your extension. It's a $50 plan where you have added an additional $5 for the first month and then you go back to your normal $50 monthly. You just found a way to sneak in customers paying for the charges for changing plans. There is no option for any customer that has been with you more than 5 years to receive a free phone and even if you get the discounted phones it's going to cost you $200 once you get through with the activation and purchase cost. There's nothing extra in the flex $50 plan but vix and 3 GB extra a hotspot. Google want is already included in the $50 plan. At one time to get the additional $50 to $5 plan you receive prime Amazon but now you have to go to the 65 or 75 dollar plan just to get Amazon free and more perks that customers is secretly paying for. If you're going to give your loyal customer something as you would give someone that's coming in from a different company then do so. Most people can see right past what you say that you're offering to make a better rapport and a lasting relationship with your customers. You offered to go to your local stores but anything that they do have discount is never in stock. And it's something that not even closer to what you already have but if you do decide to get one close to what you have you're going to still spend about $200. What what are you offering your lower customers that has been with you over 7 years?

I got a phone plan of $50 and I post to have two way calling with out any extra charges and be able to call to Mexico and Canada with out no extra charges as well . But now they are charging me $71.00 for a $50 plan. To me that is stealing money from customers and taking advantage of them as well. My plan started out being $50 then it went to $65 and now it went up to $71 for no reason at all. I hope that the people that work for this company gets done the same way and maybe one day they will see that the company is stealing from them also. When I can I will be changing to someone else.

I forget her name, but there is a lady there who has a great personality and positive attitude. She makes sure you have everything taken care of before leaving. She's the only one there I go to now.

Staffs here are friendly and helpful, also there is a variety of promotions that the company has for the customer. Furthermore, when you compare the price for devices and promotes with other companies that have the same devices so that Metro has the cheapest price.I strongly recommend dealing with Metro by T-mobile.

Very very poor customer service..sold me a malfunctioning phone and wants me to wait 5 days to receive another one. I am missing money from work and it is awful..will be changing carriers soon!!
