The customer service rep at the Demopolis, AL store was amazing & deserves a raise seeing she was the only one there & was helping 3 customers at a time successfully & never once seemed to be overwhelmed! Wonderful experience!!

Tiffany was very knowledgeable and quick to fix my problem's. Had to get new phone and Tiffany was very fast at setting up everything while also handling 2/3 other people at the same time.

Tiffany did an amazing job helping me and my wife upgrade our phones and open our new Verizon account all while being the ONLY associate in the store. Seriously she was a rockstar trying to juggle us and the multiple customers who came in while we were there.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all the devices and plans in the store and was very helpful. Raven answered all my questions and was very friendly to not only me but all the other customers in the store and I will recommend them to all my friends
