Had mirrors ordered to be installed on a Thursday.Called Thursday morning only to be informed that it would be Friday before they could install them.I was informed that the technician didn't complete his work from the day before so I got pushed back a day.Show up Friday morning at 8:30.The truck is in the bay at about 9.I was told it would take about 3 hours to complete.After 3 hrs i noticed that the mirrors were on and the tech walking around on his phone.After seeing him on his phone for 15 minutes and the truck just sitting i inquired if it was done.The tech told me he was on the phone with G.M.Trying to calibrate the mirrors.That's when he said.I informed the manager that it would be at least 5 or 8 hours if it got done that day.I asked Kelly who is the manager he informed, why she didn't feel the need to inform me.She just came back from lunch while we sat in the waiting room expecting to get the truck back soon.She said she was playing it by ear.WOW, that's what customer service is today. Only on a absolute need to know basis only.Well it didn't get done so we left with it to come back in Monday morning to have it completed.We thought anyway.Called them Monday morning to be informed it would be Tuesday at the soonest now.I hope it is resolved Tuesday.All I can say is good luck if you use the service.In my opinion,Kelly should not be involved with any type of customer service.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy! She was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Oh and did I mention that I LOVE my new car! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Very poor management, leadership, and work. We bought the damn truck from Windham and they kept giving my wife the runaround for an oil change and tire rotation and destroyed the front end, messed up the info on the screen and said they couldn't get it back like it was before they messed with it. Stupid dummies rotated tires without balance but took our money. Crooks

If you need a car..PLease do not come to this Dealership right here. The Manager (B) Sucks and the Lady Salesman (G) Sucks really bad too. Both are liars.They want your whole life history, your bank account statements, your checks stubs, and they will look all over you for weeks, and never return your calls or anything. They will not help you. This is a Sorry Dealership...instead of Windham it needs to be rename "Ham-scam Motor"... But Two Monkeys didn't stop my Sho.. "So keep on Rollin" ✌️??

I’ve bought two vehicles and had service done here for years. The service department is phenomenal - from the wonderful ladies in the office to the friendly techs in the shop. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I couldn’t ask for any better experience!

Unless you don't need your car for a month, DO NOT take your car to be serviced here! They told me to bring my car Thursday July 19, all i wanted was a diagnostic. I called the next day to check on it and was told that they didn't get to it and that the ONLY mechanic they had that could do a diagnostic would be on vacation till the 31st of July. Whole time I'm thinking why wasn't I told this before bringing my car. Then I was told that mine would be the first car looked at when he did return from vacation. So I called later in the day, On the day I was told he would return which was Monday 31st. Then I was told he hadn't gotten to it and he had a stack of about 20 cars he was trying to do. After being told I would be the first car when he returned. So finally after no feedback all week I decided to go to check on my car that Friday, in person. When I got there the lady at the desk gave me a look like, what the hell do you want, didn't even ask how can I help you or anything, she just sat there and gave me an evil look until I said I'm here to check on my car. When I did say why I was there she said the mechanic doesn't work on Fridays and also will be off on monday... long story short. I took my car here on July 19th for only a diagnostic here it is Aug. 5th and still no diagnostic and the Mechanic won't even come back to work till Aug 8th!!! Thank God I have a somewhat dependable ride to get back n forth to work or I would have lost my job by now. Meanwhile I have gotten not one, sorry for the inconvenience, no empathy, just attitude and horrible customer service. except from the service manager Kelly... Once again, took my car there July 18th and they will still have it AT LEAST till Aug. 8th for a freaking diagnostic! I was planning on making this my "go to" car service place but This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had from any business.

Sold me a Ford edge with a bad transmission in it and left me to deal with it all on my own. Hasn’t driven for four months now. I maybe got to drive it for two before it was done. Never again.

First of all I love the attitude of the receptionist. She makes you feel comfortable bringing in your vehicle. The service was quick and professional. I expected to be there about 2 hours and was shocked at the short time it took. I drive 60 miles to bring my car to this location. That’s how much I trust this location…
