“I just want to give a shout out to a couple of guys at MHC Carrier in Birmingham, AL ( Barry a season veteran leader in HVAC industry and, his competent up and coming HVAC Tech Joshua) did a great job servicing my reefer unit that was giving me problems, which cause a delay of picking up a load at a shipper. They unit working properly again, and check for any other possible problems, and did this good time , I was able to get that load. Thanks guys for your good work. Oh did I mention they nice guys too. “Had to bring my daughter to drop her off for college and during the drive from Augusta,Ga to Alabama I had to put air in my tires 4 times. I looked up rim shops in the area and figured I would give them a try. I explained to the young man at the counter what I was experiencing so they checked everything out for me. Come to find out one of my rear tires had a nail in it as well as knots. The gave mea great price on new tire. They also balanced all of my wheels and replaced o-rings on valve stems. They figured out what the rim shops in Augusta couldn’t figure out or said they wouldn’t touch since I didn’t buy my rims or tires from them. Than You guys for fixing what has been a headache for the past 8 months”

“Due to some damage to my car, I was needing an estimate. I called around to see how quickly and easily I can get an estimate or two. Homewood auto body does not require an appointment to get an estimate. I was really appreciative of that fact and flexibility.
When I arrived a little after four and walked into the office, a friendly man named Hubert greeted me and asked me how he could help me. . He immediately went out and assessed my vehicle and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way with a printed document for the repair estimate.
Super convenient. Friendly people. And the parking lot was packed so that tells me a lot about the work they do and the reputation they have. Besides, their wall is full of accolades for who they are as a business!”

“I had to order my parts and found that factory direct parts can't be refunded after I was told I would get a refund. Only store credit if you have to return them if their are issues. Once I installed the parts I found some of the new hardware was wrong so I had to use the old stuff. So try to check your order before you leave the store.”
“I really enjoy talking to Mrs Trela & Kareem. They had big smiles on their faces and were so ready to serve us when we came in. Customer service is everything to me. I own a salon and I know how important our customers are. It was so refreshing to come into an environment where they weren’t just trying to sell you something but they were there to meet our needs. Not only did we leave satisfied I will be coming back just to let my nephew be a part of that environment a part of a community of people that not only value their jobs they value people. “I pulled on top a cement parking divider and it caught my front bumper so when I backed out, it almost took it off! Mr. Holt was the nicest man providing a service that I've come in contact with in a long time! Stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my arrival, reattached my bumper while engaging in small talk and charged me reasonably. The kicker is that he saw my reservoir was empty and told me to get some anti-freeze not water to fill it. I had it in my trunk and he filled it for me, checked and filled my oil since I had it as well then sent me on my merry way! Customer Service unmatched! I'd give this business 100 stars for the gospel music playing!!!!!! Turned my frown upside down!! ?”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who were very quick too find the part I needed , and like any good parts counter-person should, they opened the box of the new part to make sure the plug-ins/fitment matched my old part ,which it did. I was In and out in 5 min tops and had my A/C blowing cold again in couple min. Very happy and satisfied customer here!! And pretty cool ? too”
