Terrible Customer Service!!We just moved to Dora; when looking for a new medicine provider I went to Ken Glover. They had her medication in stock; and though we had just moved here they refused to accept us; saying “we save OUR medicine for OUR customers!” Even when I tried to explain we had just moved here and were trying to BE customers! They were completely uncaring and acted like they didn’t want to even be on the phone. This is being reported to the BBB.

Half the time they don’t have my son’s prescription available and the other half of the time they only give us part of it and we have to go back later to get the rest (it’s over an hour drive for us just to get there)They are open on Saturdays, but since the woman that is over his prescription isn’t there on saturdays, they won’t let us get them, which makes us have to rush to get up there during the week to get them. Apparently they can’t just put his name on it and let the other staff give it to us. Customer service there is a joke. Most of the time they won’t answer the phone and won’t return phone calls when you leave a voicemail (the woman we deal with anyway). Going to be searching for a different company to go through to get his prescription.

For the past 3-4 years we have always had issues with receiving supplies for my son. I’ve had to drive 1.5 hrs at times to get his supplies just so he would have them on time. I’ve finally had enough! I called earlier in the month to make sure he had a shipment coming and they said he did. Well 2 weeks later it still wasn’t shipped and he ran out of Dexcom sensors. This company lacks the ability to meet patients needs. We trusted this company to supply our child with his needs and they just simply lack the professionalism and empathy to do the job that they signed up to do and as a result they are putting my child’s care in danger. I will be contacting BBB and any medical regulatory agency that they have to report to about their lackluster care.

They're good small town Pharmacy if you've used them for years like I have and my mother has then you know what to expect and the customer service is just kind slow and the way it is around here but when you need them there they always there

I am new with Ken Glover and I am to the point that done with them. Have been trying to get a hold of someone about getting my CGM and I'm not getting anywhere.

The quality of customer service is very lackluster. At least twice in the three month ordering cycle I do not receive my supplies in a timely manner. When I do finally receive my supplies one to two sensors do not work.

"NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS". WHAT? I will be sure and let everyone know. And I see ALOT of people. Working with post covid patients, chronically ill with numerous lung diseases and cancer I wont forget to tell those with sleep apnea looking for Resmed machines. I will spread the word so people don't waste their time. Time is very important. Or, was it discrimination regarding my prescriptions? Hmmmm.... Today's atmosphere is filled with turbulence. I shall pray for better times. Hoping that we all understand each other and help one another.

Perhaps you guys need to focus a little less and all the junk you're selling in your store and focus on your durable prescription & medical customers. Calling about missing durable medical supplies and literally cannot ever reach anyone on the phone. To have Kelly call you and verify the shipment of your very crucial diabetic supplies only to have her not ship them. She doesn't call either and you won't call them because they won't answer. You guys have a one and it one point I thought you were the only person that I could use for durable medical equipment but fortunately I have found out that is not the case! I mean you guys have a one across-the-board do you think maybe you could do better?

Worst experience we have had with a drug company. Never received our supplies on time and constantly had to hassle them to send out our supplies. I voiced my concerns to the lead coordinator Jennifer many times and she never apologized or empathized with us. DO NOT USE! We are now with Southeast Diabetes and so far have been pleased.

Such a good place to buy MED supplies!! Convenient, nice people, and offer such a variety of Everything!!! Too much to list!! My brother in law had knee replacement & needed a Walker before.discharge...It was ready & loaded in just a few minutes ...and by a smiling pretty staff member. THANKS Y'ALL
