I live in Morris but for some reason all of my packages (time sensitive) get sent to this post office before being sent back to Birmingham and then eventually being sent back out and delivered. I have currently been waiting for a package that was sent via Priority Express (48 hour guarantee) for over a week now because it keeps being sent back to Dora and it is getting ridiculous. You people need to learn to do your job correctly or find someone else who can
Edit: Three weeks later and the exact same thing has happened again. Tried calling up there and they never answer the phone and the voicemail box is full so I can't even leave a message

This place is horrible!! You can’t get in touch with them, it goes straight to a busy signal. The woman that delivers our mail is rude and can’t drive. She doesn’t care about people’s packages either. If anyone is parked even 8ft away from the mailbox she will leave a note saying next time she will not leave our mail because she has to get out of her car. When it’s raining she will throw packages onto people’s front porch from her car. In the past four months she has delivered our packages to the wrong address, once to our neighbors and twice to a lady about 6 houses up the street. This has been going on way too long!! Something has got to be done, it’s been at least 6 years!!!

Cant reach them to get any info, and somehow packages are undeliverable. I’m pretty sure that means it was sprinkling and they didn’t want to get out of the car. No attempt to deliver was actually made. Now I can’t even go pick up the package because of the ridiculously short hours of operation. Calling the number listed directs you to the national line, so you can’t even tell them to keep the packages at the store for pickup. What a nuisance to have to circumnavigate poor service.

Delivery carrier throws packages out of her window when it’s raining. Packages with expensive items. Customer service is a joke when packages are marked delivered but they aren’t in the mailbox with other packages so I know it wasn’t stolen. The carrier did not put the package In the mailbox, however the main issue is throwing boxes.

our Last mailbox was bent and broken from the mail person hitting it. Replaced it with a new one and not even a week later the same thing, bent and the little lip handle it’s fixing to fall off.

Lady that delivers mail is horrible, constantly shoves boxes that don't fit into mail box so we have to cut them out even after complaining 4 times.
