Unfortunately after doing business with them for 20 years I will never go there again!! We have used them numerous times in the last 20 years because they have always been easy to deal with and they have a competitive 6 months same as cash even though they are a rent to own place. But about 3 months ago is when my trouble began. So back in December my dryer quit working and they came and got it and brought us a loaner. Then In January my washer quit spinning so again they came and got it brought a loaner. Keep in mind at this time my appliances were less than 6 months old!! The loaners they brought we ok but nothing like what mine were but nevertheless I did have a replacement. So now it is August they have a new manager and he is working to get the store straighten out but has no clue!! His name is Josh!! After many many many phone calls and no one could tell me the status of my washer and dryer they had no clue what was going on with it where it was all these months and I am still paying the payment for a Ge washer and dryer heavy duty brand new set!! Josh called and said he had Located my washer and dryer and he had ran loads thru it and the dryer and it was fixed and he would have it delivered right away. And about a week later here they come with my washer and dryer and I am hear to tell you it looked like it was 20 years old. Scratched, dented, paint peeling off the dryer door wouldn't even close all the way I mean it had been beat up!! So I call Josh and he acts like oh well I didn't know if it was like that when they picked it up!! WHAT?? It was less than 6 months old I told him. I said look at the loaner set we had for months it was in perfect condition!! No way was my washer and dryer in that shape when it left my house. So I go to the store with pictures and he said he would get me a new set comparable to mine. Well his district manager was there and he informed me and Josh I wouldn't get a new set that I would get a used set in the same price range. Okay at this point I am tired of arguing with them and I agreed to a used samsung set. And it has been fine. Although I have no warranty on it. We had purchased a living room set and a lawnmower during all of this time dealing with the washer and dryer. So Josh is truly a company Aaron's man he is trying to save the store!! Make a good name for himself!! Doesn't care who he hurts or how his employees treat the customers how they talk to customers I was called a bum my Tammy as she took 409.00 out of my bank account for a payment that was only 222.00 and when I called I never could talk to Josh I was told oh well it will go onto the next months payment. Not what I had agreed to. So this month June the payment was due on the 1st and yes I should have paid it on the first but I was planning on making the payment on the 9th!! So Monday Josh calls me and tells me I have to have 656.00 that day right then or they would come get my furniture and lawn mower. I mean why is the amount each time different and where in the world did they come up with 656.00 I will never know!! So this is my story and my experience with a company I have done business with forever and this is how a company man treats his customers. Good luck to anyone who has to use them be sure you know exactly what the payments are and what they expect. Because Josh and Aaron's have no loyalty to long term customers.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went back doing my business with the Enterprise Aaron’s!! Dothan employees and the manager is not professional. The enterprise location is professional and workable. Dothan location should shut down they act like they are the only location and doing me a favor. No thank you dothan SUCKS Good BYE!! Forever

Ordered June 20th says it would be delivered 5-7 business days but was delayed, which was fine it’s not in stock cool, but then for them to call one day state the fridge would be delivered one day, just to wait all day no call no update but yet we had to call them just to say it may not be delivered until the next day! After I’ve taken out my old refrigerator already. Then the manager says he doesn’t have a crystal ball in front of him. Why call someone to tell them it would be here one day and it’s not.

Terrible experience. Waited over a month for my appliance to even arrive at the local store, could never get a definite time for delivery, tried to pick it up and was told they couldn't find it. All the while trying to get my second month's payment. Cancelled my order entirely!

I rented washer& dryer combo and given great deal. Unfortunately I have fallen short on payment and had to get them pick up the washer and dryer until i get financially able to get the washer and dryer back which i was told when picked up that i would have the opportunity get the exact same washer and dryer back soon as I could afford to pick up the payments again. Which I plan to do that soon

Absolutely love the Aaron’s Dothan store! I used to avoid Aaron’s but a family member told me a new manager took over. I decided to stop in because I was in need of a new refrigerator and stove. I just bought a house and the appliances that came with the sale were probably from the 1980s/90s. It was time for a change. I met Rick and his team and they were just as sweet as can be and very informative. Thank you so much for helping a gal out!

We purchased a couch from this store they were supposed to deliver to our house did not deliver I had to go pick it up myself. Then we notice the back in the middle is broken call them to have it replace told us they would have someone out the next day a week later someone came to take pictures and told us it would be replaced it still has not we have called multiple times with them saying it will be delivered tomorrow it has been 4 weeks no one has come we have changed our schedules to make sure someone would be here to let them in to get the couch and no one ever comes or calls to update us we have to continue calling if we want an update worst customer service I have ever had definitely will not use them again

Ricky and Margo great people, I didn’t need much because of today times and the economy but what little I did get I think I snatched a good deal, I will be for sure paying off in 120 days same as cash
