I'm a little late on this review, but just wanted to leave a positive review of my experience a few weeks ago! I was heading out of town back to NC a couple weeks ago, and my engine splash cover started dragging under my car. I was panicked because I was on a tight schedule, and pulled into Ace automotive earlyyyy in the morning, not sure what I was going to have to do or if I could get my car fixed in time. I explained the situation and the man working was so incredibly kind and helpful. He didn't have room to put my car up because they were all full, but he said he would do what he could looking at it from the ground. He came out and laid down on the cold concrete to get under my car in the parking lot, and he helped me fix the issue up so that I could make it to Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his help, and I did in fact make it back up here safely! All the kudos to him for being willing to help me in a tight spot. I definitely will always recommend people here, and next time I'm in town and need work done on my car, I'll be scheduling to take it to Ace.

I highly recommend Steve down at Ace Automotive. We got new tires but found out we had a few bad studs that had to be replaced and a new wheel before we could drive on them. We were referred to Steve by the amazing folks down at Tri-State Rubber and we are so glad we took the recommendation! Steve and his wife were super nice, very knowledgeable, got us in and out pretty dang quick for how busy they were and genuinely cared about us and our situation. The price for the work was very reasonable and we felt like we were really in good hands. I would definitely recommend them for any car repairs and will be back in the future if any other needs arise. Thank you Steve and everyone! You guys are awesome!

I’ve been using Ace for the last 4 years (only lived in the area for 4 years) and I’ve only gotten good service, fair prices, and excellent work done on all of my vehicles I’ve brought to them. Steve and Mike are great Godly men, Steve is a deacon at his church and got my wife and I plugged in at the church and I even served as a deacon with him for awhile. Ace automotive is the most reliable auto shop in the area. I recommend everyone to go here for any and all vehicle needs. Ace has been in business since the 70s, they know what they’re doing and they are dang good at it.

I found a diamond in Dothan, Al at Ace Automotive Services. I was having issues with my truck electrical and I didn’t know who to take it to. So I started doing my research and came across Ace Automotive. So I call and talk with Mike who was nice and he told me that he had so some vehicle to get out and call him back on Wednesday so I did and he told me to have my truck towed to shop. Steve told me before you spend a lot of money it could be some miner. It was a true blessing to fine them. One of the best things is this is a family own business and you will get great friendly services and you will be please with the work they do. It only took them a day to fine my problem with my truck and fixed it. I pick up my truck today and I met Steve the other brother who was real nice he explained what was wrong with my truck and showed me the part that was replaced. Like they said it was something miner and price was affordable. I want to Thank Mike and Steve at Ace Automotive y’all was truly a Blessing for me with my truck. I would Highly Recommend Ace Automotive for your automotive needs you want be disappointed you will be Highly Pleased with there Work and Services with a Smile.

Mr Steve is awesome and sweet. Always so friendly and ready to help. I've never had my car serviced fast and GOOD with a great cost on top of that and from my first repair. I always send people his way.

Steve is great, always tells us what is wrong with the vehicle and what may pose an issue in the future. Never pressure us into getting work done. Has always been the best deal in vehicle repair and maintenance.
