Something to highlight is cleanliness and order, something that is not common in these stores, since most users enter and leave the mess. But note that at this headquarters there is little inventory on the sales floor, at least on the day of my visit, they welcome you at the entrance as usual something important

Customer service is great every time I visit. Not sure what the guy's name was last night on 3/20/21, but he was great and very nice.

I am VERY UPSET ? about the customer service that my girls and I received at this store before we entered the store!! We were labeled as thieves; I feel like it's because of the color of our skin . I paid over 200.00 dollars for items I purchased with my debit card and misplaced my receipt but the associates told me they weren't able to look up receipts, although other stores could. Also one month ago I was able to get the ink tag left on another top I bought previous without incident and had the receipt but the customer service representative did not ask for it. I have contacted upper management but the representative over the phone giving me the run around I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME in Aeropostale EVER AGAIN!!!!!s
