Ordered glasses for my son paid out of pocket, glasses that showed up had no prescription lenses, just regular glass. Has now been three weeks since then five weeks in total, still don't have glasses. Still paid 92.00, no accomodations or discount or apology was made or given for their mistake.

We received glasses that bifocal was far too high and associate became very argumentative insisting that we were wrong and refused to correct the fault.A waste of $253.00IF YOU WANT WHATEVER THEY SAY YOU WANTED(INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU REQUESTED)THAN BY SHOP THERE!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Our appointment was scheduled for 4:10. We got there 15 minutes early and were already checked with plenty of time to spear. We sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half plus, this has happened both times I’ve gone here, and that will be the last.

The best service I have experienced in a very LONG time! My daughter and I had a appointment on two separate days, both days Gabriel took care of us from beginning to end! Her customer service was exceptional! Gabriel made us feel like family. Gabriel never made me feel rushed or like just a number, she took her time with me while assisting other customers. I pray her boss's see this have give her a raise!!! This women is amazing!

My daughter was on her way here from out of town and her contacts had not arrived before she left. She had torn one and wanted me to see if I could get her a set from the store close to me. The staff was excellent in their customer service telling me what she needed to do on her end before they could assist me. Everything came together and when I walked back in, they had the contacts ready to go. I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with.

Staff were incredibly rude when I came in to pick up my lenses. Would not recommend it if you want to be treated like a human. This place is also incredibly filthy. They expect you to clean your hands in a moldy sink before putting your lenses in.

We drove 2.5 hours for an appt. for my mother. We left in extra time for unexpected situations which we did face that caused us to have to make a brief stop. We had never been to this place before and made a wrong turn. By the time we got turned around to get to the right red light, we were 5 minutes late. We were parking the car when I got the text to let me know her appointment had been cancelled. I called immediately and was told there was no grace period. If we had been 30 minutes late, I could see it but not 5. So we drove the 2,5 hours back home. You were recommended by a friend that we give you a try but we will not be back.

Agua was very sweet. Made me feel very comfortable. Asked me a bunch of questions about my glasses to make sure they fit right and to make sure that they were comfortable on me. All in all she was very sweet and kind.

I drove 1 hr 30 min for an exam appointment, was 6 minutes late, and was told they have a 0 tolerance policy for lateness, and I needed to reschedule my appointment. What a joke! I will not be going back ever!

Service is horrible: you will wait 2hours to be seen. Over book. They do not give glasses cleaner or hard case for children...all I can say is this store in dothan leaves a bad representation compared to them on the west cost. I have been a loyal customer for years. I will the can not get my business anymore. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere because apparently all stores have different rules and policy.

Picked up glasses August 4, 2023. Customer Rep we’re very professional, nice and swift getting me out. It was a African American female and Male that waited on me. So nice.
