“I cannot state how phenomenal Mayer is, ESPECIALLY Amanda. Like any reasonable human who knows how busy businesses like this can be, I called ahead to schedule an actual appointment with her to ensure she would be able to help me pick out all of the lighting for my new house. After meeting with her, I easily understood why she came so highly recommended by my contractor. She never once made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of her time. She actually spent more than 3 hours patiently going through every available light fixture they could get that fit the design of my house & what I was looking for. That is exactly why I would only ever buy my lights from Mayer now because they understand the true value in excellent customer service! It may be a lost art many places, but Mayer is fortunate to have staff who still deliver it each & every time. Not only did she help me that day, but she has continued to help with any issue that came up after, like needing to swap out a couple of lights after a change was made in building the house or figuring up exactly how much space I need in between lights while hanging up the string lights I bought through them for the patio. She is not only a phenomenal representative for Mayer, but also just a phenomenal human in general. Thanks to Mayer, I have the most beautiful lights I could ever ask for in my new house that not only work with the space & design, but just makes my heart happy every time I look at them. I will forevermore send everyone I hear mentioning needing lighting to Mayer!!”

“I had an A/C unit capacitor that went bad on a Friday and needed the part "right now" VS calling a HVAC service tech to come out and charge 400 dollars for a 20 dollar part. The people at Johnstone Supply were helpful, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable on what they were selling. I brought the bad capacitor into the store and the employee took a quick look at it, went to a shelf and picked out the replacement part. It's refreshing to see employees who still know something about the parts and what they stock instead of relying totally on what the computer tells them.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!”
“Had a issue with my pro account and still do at the moment being changed to a DIY account so he made a call to the reps on the phone and stood by so make sure they are taking all the necessary steps to correct the issue which they have started a process to recover my pro account just waiting at this time I spoke with Sarah then Loyld in home depot recovery department they say they never had this happen so they are waiting to hear from I.T but long story short but long lol Joseph L Walker 3rd pro account sales associate did a great job assistancing me thanks home depot for hiring some associates that care about more than just a pay check.”
“I rented washer& dryer combo and given great deal. Unfortunately I have fallen short on payment and had to get them pick up the washer and dryer until i get financially able to get the washer and dryer back which i was told when picked up that i would have the opportunity get the exact same washer and dryer back soon as I could afford to pick up the payments again. Which I plan to do that soon”
