Wife and I dropped in for The Murph since we needed to workout and they were extremely friendly and helpful to us. Bunk and the other staff were also very encouraging during the workout.

Went there for a competition. Awesome gym. Definitely worth drop in if in the Dothan area.

Great Drop In place! Everyone was friendly and definitely alot of equipment to go around! Emphasis on warm ups and cool down / stretching before and after class was definitely encouraged.
