I had the most patient and helpful experience from Katrina at the Dothan location. She answered questions, followed up with me and I left happy, satisfied and with a smile! The entire staff was just as helpful even though Katrina was my person… they all pitched in to answer questions or help find what I needed. What an amazing team…Thank you ALL for such a wonderful experience!

Should have made Ashley our first stop of the day! Natalia was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us, directed up straight ti what we were looking for and gave us excellent advise and knew her facts about everything we asked! She was super helpful and made us feel right at home! Fantastic experience!

My wife, son and I had Natalia as our sales lady today, 2/25/2024. She was AWESOME! She was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, patient and much more! She was able to answer our questions and give us peace of mind in our purchase. She is a NO PRESSURE sales lady. This was our first time in an Ashley furniture store and with the experience we had with Natalia, it will most likely be the first of many. Provided we have good service with our purchase, we will be back for other purchases in the future. Thanks Natalia for making our first experience a wonderful one!!

Natalia gave 150%, did meet and greet, asked what we were interested in, showed the products. Gave a very satisfying, how to use, warranty, financial options available and how to care for the product.Natalia has the best knowledge of the product and definitely knows how to sell Ashley products by better informing the customer of options and also suggestions on any product that would be about the same if unavailable or time constraints were an issue.Great service.
