Everyone was so sweet and kind from the receptionist to the dentist. They were thorough and took time to explain everything to me. They wasn't annoyed at my questions. The girl that helped me with the financial portion was exceptionally nice and covered everything with me. I highly recommend Aspen if you're looking for a home. Because they treat you like family.

Commercial advertises first visit and exam free and that they offer monthly payments. First question girl asked knowing this was my first visit was "What insurance you using TODAY?". Told Dr that all I wanted was my broke tooth extracted. Seemed to shut down not that he was a people person to start with, said he could do it. Now it was a "surgical" procedure which cost 100.00 more than I was quoted for an extraction. Monthly payments are not offered for total Under 300.00. So an additional 100 for calling it a surgical procedure. I know what's involved. It's not 100.00. I guess that knew they couldn't sell my on a 3,000.00 treatment plan as I heard in the room next door. By the way, payment plans through a Care plan so credit will be affected IF you qualify. Commercial makes you feel like they understand your circumstance...... bait!!!??Update: went to a different dentist -surgical extraction NOT needed!!!!!

The dentist was highly informative and helpful. He gave us multiple treatment options and worked with what my needs and wants were even after giving his recommendations. The ladies up front were extra friendly and considerate when it came down to picking a plan and talking through payment options. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here I feel like I'm being rushed. Almost like paying for a five star meal with drive through service. Had the teeth cleaning and teeth whitening procedure. Didn't notice any difference in the teeth whitening procedure as I wasn't even given a before and after photo. But in all fairness it's only the second day. But for 1200 dollars i was hoping for at least a pamphlet on the do's and don't s .

After years of frustration Aspen helped make a plan and get financing to make it all happen. Kali was super friendly and so patient. Customer for life!!

My visit went well! First things first. I called yesterday and got an appointment today. The very next day!!! Everyone is so very nice , polite and helpful, that’s including the person that made the appointment. I am so glad that my friend told me about them. I am getting everything taken care of, from the care of my gums to partials!!! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting! I just know I will love going there!!

I went in for a broken tooth. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful. From there, to the X-rays, to the consultation…everyone was so friendly! Tyna did the initial dental impression and was laughing the whole time. Hannah did the paperwork and was very thorough, explaining my options, being very friendly as well. I was very impressed with the whole process.
