On Saturday February 22,2025 the Casey family visited the AT&T store at 104 Rock Bridge Rd STE 5 Dothan, Alabama 36303. We were greeted at the store by Mrs Dolly to assist us on how she could help us today. We explained our situation to her that Verizon was trying to get us to do to upgrade our IPhones. The plans and offers Verizon was trying to do wasn’t up to our satisfaction; so Mrs Dolly at AT&T said let’s see what she could do to get us as a customer at AT&T. She offered us two new IPhone 16 pro max and two Apple Watches, and also an iPhone 15 pro. Also she enrolled Roger on AARP which also discounted his account which in return gave us a better plan and offer than what Verizon could. We the family excepted the offer to become an AT&T member.
After receiving the new iPhones Mrs Emily assisted us in setting up our phone and programs with our new accounts. She had the patients and kindness to us to make sure that we were all set up and comfortable using our new phones. She went over and above to make sure that they were all set up and we were HAPPY customers of AT&T.
Overall, one of the best experiences I have had and proud to become part of the AT&T family and we would recommend going to see Mrs Dolly and Mrs Emily for some of the best customer service
