I needed a new business debit card because mine was closed due to “fraud”. Phyllis refused to issue me a new debit card. Said I “couldn’t get another one”. Suggested I “open a new account”. BS! She was rude, argued with me and talked down to me. I went to Avadian on west main and had NO issues. I have a new card now for my business account. This location is terrible and uncooperative.

Have been doing business with this bank for about a year and a half. I like they don't charge monthly fees. However, on trying to get a small loan (15k) I was initially met with smiles and talk and told I would be called within 1 day on approval results. After not hearing back I drove to the same branch and talked to the lady who did my application. She acted as if she didn't want to talk to me and asked me if I had received a call...No, that's why I was there. She said unfortunately my loan was denied. That's fine with me but please don't lie saying you will do something then never do it. Also, had close to this amount in my account and pulled most of it out because if you won't help me then I won't help you make money with my money. Two way street.Avadian, thanks for the response on here. The lady at the bank also told me that Avadian would have considered this loan with collateral. I told her initially it was for land and this bank could have easily put a lean on the deed. If they would have contacted me in this process instead of some underwriter just crunching numbers then we all could have been happy.

They are normally very friendly , and I like This bank and have been a member 9 years , but I stood inside and waited to make a deposit for what seemed like forever and no one ever came to the front . They were too busy with people in the drive thru they never even acknowledged me . I had to get back in my car and go through the drive thru to get any service , and when I got there had to wait too. The lady working needs help as it seemed she was the only one working . She told me in the drive thru next time I was in the lobby I needed to yell hello to get somebody to come to the front .

Put a morning deposite in at 730 still has not been put in my account by 1:10 PM suppose to be put in there by 10 can not get a hold of anybody at the branch they do not answer phones also not the first time this has happened.

Worst financial institution that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Paid my truck off almost 3 months ago. The credit union acknowledges a zero balance. They will not provide me with a title (they lost it), or even a payoff letter that has the necessary information on it so I can pay for replacement title. Again, almost three months later and I still can't get them to DO THEIR JOBS......
