This bank and all avadian branches will not let u pay multiple months ahead on auto loans they have to put it in savings and withdraw it each monthThis is so STUPID. All other banks will let u pay up to 3 months in advanceIf i new this before hand would have chosen different bankSo stay away folks

I have a love-hate relationship with the branch on Main Street. I could never make this my primary bank due the time it takes for them to complete a simple task. There's one lady that talks extremely too much as she seem to have a problem with multi-tasking. She's nice, but I went thru the drive-thru on 03/29/2022, and I was the only person in the drive-thru. It took over 10 minutes for her to complete my withdrawal, and in the middle of my transaction I could see her standing in the doorway counting my money, and talking to someone inside of the bank. She completely left the drive-thru where she was previously at. However, on a positive note, I only have a savings account with Avadian. I have $ automatically deposited out of my paycheck bi-weekly. I don't have a debit card, nor ATM Card. This means that I have to physically go to the branch to make a withdrawal. Due to the issues mentioned above, I refrain from going to this branch unless it's ABSOUTEY necessary!!! I've decided to give the other branch (across town) a try on my next visit.

Ok so fair is fair. Yesterday I jumped to conclusions on a notice I received that had Avadians name on it and assumed it was from them. I went on to give the bank a poor review based on that. I don't change my opinion about the time I was with them but I will give them 5 well earned stars for resolving my issue even on a holiday weekend. I was contacted within a very short time by the location manager Diana Casey. I was 100% wrong but she never said anything negative nor was she anything but professional.My apologies Mrs Casey and thank you!

F-ing ridiculous! Lobby is closed and only one lane is open! There is a line so long an employee came out to tell us to move are cars up so someone could get into the ATM lane. If you would just open another lane it wouldn’t be a problem! This branch only has two open places to deposit cash and the other is on the opposite side of town. If I didn’t have cash I would have left! Completely crazy for an employee to take the time to tell us to move, but couldn’t open another lane to get the line down!

Joining Avadian was one the best financial decisions I've made. Their Centsible Savings earns a great APY. I have chosen 2 free wire transfers a month and an increased CD rate as my member perks. There are others that will fit various people's financial needs.I am in the process of getting a mortgage with them and they have been wonderfully easy to work with.

ive been using them for three years and i go there about every week or two none of them know my name and overall ive been very disappointed with the whole system but they have a free coin change machine and thats exclusively why i still have an account with them there used to be good friendly tellers but they all got promoted to better places and i dislike having to fill out the stupid sheet every time even when i just want to put some cash into my account

Worst financial institution that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Paid my truck off almost 3 months ago. The credit union acknowledges a zero balance. They will not provide me with a title (they lost it), or even a payoff letter that has the necessary information on it so I can pay for replacement title. Again, almost three months later and I still can't get them to DO THEIR JOBS......
